I have not bought a car in over 10 years and while I was very prepared and knew exactly what I wanted Sana was responsive to all my requests and made the process very smooth. Karen in finance answered a LOT of questions from me and never made me feel pressured or rushed in making decisions. I came to look at the car on a Tuesday and when I came back on Wednesday, we had everything done and completed including a trade in. We have had the car for about a month now and even after the purchase, Sana was still helpful. I can not speak for everyone or their particular buying purchase, but we had a great experience here and would definitely consider buying from again.

The deal includes lifetime warranty and oil and filter changes. The tsrp is roughly 3,500 more than others to cover this service. This is what I figured out.
