Even had some issues that I saw after taking the car back to my house and just came back to the dealership to get it resolved. Which they resolved them all. I would and will buy a car from again.

While traveling with friends up I95 approaching Richmond, VA we encountered an object in the road that damaged the underside of our Sienna. Adjacent to the spot that this occurred was a Toyota dealer, Loyalty. We were able to drive to their service center. Long story short, we were treated like family. Paul Taylor, assistant service manager, was more than gracious. Because of insurance delays, it took two weeks for repairs to be completed. During this time, Paul was in constant communication with us and when we picked up our car it was in perfect shape. We live nearly six hours away but if we lived closer Loyalty would be our car dealer! Thanks, Paul, and your service crew!
