I recently purchased a new Toyota RAV4 Hybrid at Loyalty Toyota and had a positive experience overall. The overall sales process, from the initial online inquiry through the in-person paperwork, was smooth and efficient. A big shoutout to the salesman Steve Crutcher. Steve was highly responsive, personable, and professional, demonstrating a genuine willingness to work with my needs and preferences. He was instrumental in helping to iron out any minor issues that came up. What I appreciated most was the lack of pressure; I felt comfortable voicing exactly what I wanted for my new car. I'm very happy with the car and the great service I received. Loyalty Toyota definitely stands out as the my choice among the local Toyota dealerships.

You handled all the paperwork smoothly and professionally. I really appreciated David Busby’s service, he took the time to find the tires’ options to let me choose and along with the list of the issues my car had, but he didn’t give me the pressure at all, he kept me updated for the status, also gave me the options for the payment at the end when he saw me had the interests with the monthly payment that was posted on the counter, it was just great and smooth!!! We felt so much safer in my car after got the tires and the brakes replaced!!! December 2025 Update- We had such a positive experience with Sana Slotboom when we bought our minivan earlier in the year that we came back and bought another one from her! This was for my work car so we were open to different options and Sana helped us get the vehicle we ended up going with. We are very happy with both purchaes! April- I have not bought a car in over 10 years and while I was very prepared and knew exactly what I wanted, Sana Slotboom was responsive to all my requests and made the process very smooth. Karen in finance answered a LOT of questions from me and never made me feel pressured or rushed in making decisions. I came to look at the car on a Tuesday and when I came back on Wednesday, we had everything done and completed including a trade in. We have had the car for about a month now and even after the purchase, Sana was still helpful. I can not speak for everyone or their particular buying purchase, but we had a great experience here and would definitely consider buying from again.

Amazing dealership. Offers amazing value for new and used cars. Lifetime engine, transmission and powertrain warranties included in the sale price. Lifetime oil changes, state inspections and roadside assistance! Can't beat em!

Did not have good experience with service department. I find it very odd to pay for a service that is covered by my warranty. Tacoma was in service and I never got notified when service was performed or cost as they normally notify through email or phone call. Then lied to by a service rep saying that it’s not covered after 30,000 miles+ and said that I have to notify prior to service for coverage. I have never had issues at other dealerships with this, and I believed that it was complacency based on attitude of rep as being the end of the day on Friday. I paid out of pocket which should have been covered by warranty just to avoid an argument as the rep. This review has been revised Phill Woods reached out to me and looked into the issue. I still had the coverage and will be getting reimbursed. I believe that loyalty Toyota has good leadership but better communication is needed on those busy days for looking at what’s actually covered and communication during services still remains as improve.

Just bought my fifth vehicle from S. K. at Loyalty Toyota. He is a great person to work with. Very honest and straight forward. I wouldn’t buy any car from anyone else. Also, Austin the sales manager and Sarah the finance director were very pleasant and wonderful to work with.
